Manufacturer warranty on all new purchases.
For most services and parts, pre-booking & payment is required.
(Established clients will be exempt from this.)

If extra parts are required to complete a job,
and the client does not wish to proceed,
the client will be invoiced for time spent, not the service ordered.
Call out fees are not refundable.
